This is the worst December ever on record for me. Both my grandmothers are terribly ill, one in hospital. We farewelled a young boy today who was taken too soon. I don’t have money to buy Christmas presents. I should have gone to visit my nanny in hospital today. Yesterday, I vomited blood. I’m exhausted.
